My name is Emily and I’m pleased to welcome you to my shop! I originally opened Triumph Coffee in 2015, and for 9 years I had the fun of owning a neighborhood coffee shop. Over time, the menu grew and my little coffee shop grew into a successful Cafe.

And then in 2022, I found myself craving a new adventure. Inspiration hit, and I had a vision of transforming my beautiful dining room into a corner shop for the neighborhood! And Triumph was born!
